DESCRIPTION

The Cisco Unified IP Phone 9951 is a personal desktop videophone that makes instant, face-to-face communications possible.  This model integrates all the necessary components to enable a video call–camera, LCD screen, speaker, keypad, and handset–into a single, easy-to-use unit.

FUNCTIONALITY LIST
Numerous features including call forward, transfer, conference, and hold (now available with video), a variety of accessibility methods based on user preference, direct access to IP phone directories, services, settings, and voicemail messages, and dedicated buttons that control video features: Self View, Picture in Picture, video mute, display, and brightness.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
The phone delivers VGA presentation for calling, video calling, and applications, in addition to a 5-inch (10-cm) graphical TFT color display, 24-bit color depth, 640 x 480 effective pixel resolution, and backlighting.  The display also supports localization requiring double-byte Unicode encoding for fonts. An internal 2-port Cisco Ethernet switch allows for a direct connection to a 10/100/1000BASE-T Ethernet network through an RJ-45 interface with single LAN connectivity for both the phone and a co-located PC.  The system administrator can designate separate VLANs (802.1Q) for the PC and phone, providing improved security and reliability of voice and data traffic.  Two USB ports increase the usability of call handling and applications by enabling accessories such as the Cisco Unified Video Camera and wired headsets. Off-the-shelf Bluetooth and USB headsets are supported.  Can also use own Bluetooth headset that is use for cell phone or smartphone. High-definition voice analog headset support is provided through a dedicated RJ-9 headset port on the back of the phone.

INCLUDED SERVICE COMPONENTS – OVERVIEW:
This service includes full maintenance, repair, or replacement of the unit and supporting cabling, and software and firmware upgrades and patching.  Training is provided initially and ongoing if needed.
