Today marks a special date for UCF IT, the UCF IT Support Center and the Endpoint Engineering Services. All of the work that we’ve collectively put together towards merging and improving our IT workforce has finally officially started. We look forward to working with all of Cohort 1 and Cohort 2 throughout this process and would like to give a big Thank You to the Human Resources department for allowing us to engage with them first. This will be the first of many successes that we believe this program of projects will bring. We are confident that this will allow UCF to be among the leading institutions in Florida as it relates to modern management of their Enterprise Endpoint Fleet.
