DESCRIPTION
Provides second tier support and troubleshooting for end-user desktops and
applications. May assist or escalate to System Administrator(s) to provide domain,
server, and server-based application support. With some assistance from Systems
Administrator(s) , identifies and re-mediates root cause of user issue(s) and provides
user education on best practices to prevent future incidents.
