Most Generative AI systems, like ChatGPT and Bard, learn from the data they're given. Be cautious and avoid using sensitive details such as university business data, personal information, proprietary research or any data protected by law with these AI systems. Please refer to our Rules of Enagagement to better understand your responsibilities while utilizing such tools.
Microsoft Copilot
Copilot, built on ChatGPT’s technology with Microsoft's enterprise-level security and privacy, is a powerful AI tool for creating content and enhancing workplace efficiency. It offers solutions for document drafting, data analysis and more, making it an indispensable asset and the preferred conversational AI to use at UCF. While it is openly available to the public, you be logged into it with your UCF credentials in order to take advantage of the privacy and security features offered to us.
Privacy: Prompts, responses, and data accessed through Copilot while you are logged in to your UCF account are not used to train models or shared outside the organization.
Using Microsoft Copilot At UCFAdobe Creative Cloud
As part of Creative Cloud, Firefly was built to supplement the tools creators know and love with text-based editing and generation in a variety of ways, including text-to-image generation (vector and raster). Adobe is constantly updating their tools that use AI, so checking on the links below will provide the most accurate description of what is available as well as demonstrations.
Privacy: Adobe is training its commercial Firefly model on licensed and public domain content to ensure it's safe for commercial use. As a leader in the Content Authenticity Initiative (CAI), Adobe is helping set standards for responsible AI use.
