Application Systems Analyst/Program Lead
UCF IT is searching for an Applications Systems Analyst/Programmer Lead position. Selected candidate will be proficient with performing analytical and technical tasks related to PeopleSoft ERP development and Enterprise integration implementation and support. This position also provides production support by analyzing, designing, programming and testing solutions to complex production problems as well as correcting data in emergency situations.
Desktop and Device Support Specialist
UCF IT is searching for a Desktop and Device Support Specialist. Selected candidate will perform setup and installation of laptops, desktops, workstations, printers, peripherals, and mobile devices. Successful candidates will be able to engage in excellent customer services.
End User Computing Specialist Senior
UCF IT is searching for an End User Computing Specialist Senior position. This position provides administration and oversight for all Enterprise level, third party applications supported by UCF IT. Responsible for all aspects of managing, supporting, and leading a team of IT applications support staff to deliver an outstanding customer focused service to ensure all critical applications and their dependent systems maintain a high state of availability and functionality.
Executive Directory, IT Client Services
UCF IT is seeking an experienced Executive Director, Client Services to lead the overall client services and support functions provided by UCF IT. Serves as the strategic interface with assigned college and division units for the purpose of UCF IT solution discovery, service management, and relationship management. Focuses on strategic initiatives and plans, with a proactive, anticipatory approach to providing significant value in UCF IT services and creating alignment of college/divisions and UCF IT priorities.
Information Security Specialist
UCF IT is seeking and Information Security Specialist. This position will provide support for internal analysis teams such as the Security Incident Response Team (SIRT). Perform basic computer investigation, analysis, and security assessment. Assist in daily operations involving data management, end-user security requests, host and network-based security assessments and reporting, and incident response. Frequently reports to the Security Incident Response Manager or designee.
IT Security Analyst Senior
UCF Information Security Office is seeking an experienced, motivated security incident response analyst to join the UCF Security Incident Response Team (SIRT.) This position will work within UCF SIRT and be responsible for providing security analysis and technical support to monitor, identify, mitigate and report on security incidents, with concentration on university’s research program and their compliance requirements.
