Telecommunications can accommodate non-UCF entities located in a UCF building or facilities where UCF’s network exists. Non-UCF could include direct service organizations, TV and radio broadcasters, and others. This service provides a 10/100/1000 Mbps, Full Duplex with one IP, single port and single location.

This service provides 10/100/1000Mbps Full Duplex with one IP or with one or more IPs. This can be offer to entities with locations in one or more buildings across the campus.

INCLUDED SERVICE COMPONENTS – OVERVIEW:
This service includes full maintenance and repair to the LAN switch port (typically in the communications closet/room). Telecommunications ensures that the connection into the customer’s equipment is operational. From that point, the responsibility is with the customer. If requested by the customer and the customer agrees to pay for time & materials, Telecommunications will provide second and third tier support.
